?2012 Human Rights Knowledge Training Class
2012 Human Rights Knowledge Training Class was hosted by UNA-China in Tianjin on 9 and 10 June. The class aimed at disseminating human rights knowledge and also served as The Preparatory Meeting of CNMUN2012 which will be held in November. Over 100 students and faculty advisers from more than 70 universities participated in the class. Officials from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave lectures on human rights knowledge and UN human right smechanism as well as the upcoming United Nations Conferences on Sustainable Development. The preparation issues of CNMUN2012 were also briefed during the event. The class was organized by Tianjin People¡¯s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Tianjin Foreign Studies University, and sponsored by Australian Human Right Commission.
