On 17 July, the third meeting of the 5th Executive Board of the UNA-China was held in Beijing. Ambassador Lu Shumin, President of the UNA-China presided over the meeting. Ms. Zhang Xiaoan, Vice President and Director General of the UNA-China addressed and reported to the meeting. Mr. Li Kexin, Deputy Director General of the the Department of International Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was invited to give a speech on the global economic situations. Amb.
