Introduction of China International Civil Servants Capacity Building Programme
With support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), UNA-China and the Department of International Cooperation of MOHRSS have successfully held the China International Civil Servants Capacity Building Programme annually since 2011.
The 7th China International Civil Servants Capacity Building Programme will be held on 16-25 July, 2017 in Sichuan International Studies University, Chongqing. The goals of the programme are to train a pool of international civil servants, improve the international competitiveness of the talents, and strengthen the capacity of Chinese youth in global management.
The programme is the only one targeted at youth and the public who dream to become international civil servants in China. It maintains a strategic training philosophy, in compliance with the requirement of national strategic development. And many lectures are given by top experts in the fields including senior officials of international organizations, senior diplomats, and government officials. In order to benefit more people, the programme so far has reduced tuition fees of more than 100 trainees. In addition, the programme also cooperates with Chinese key universities to further ensure its high teaching standard.
