The second International Civil Servants Capacity Building Training Course was held in Fudan University Shanghai. The class was co-hosted by UNA-China and Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, sponsored by COSCO Charity Fund. 101 undergraduates, postgraduates and managerial staff of COSCO attended and graduated from the course. Amb. Chen Jian, President of UNA-China and other 15 experienced diplomats, officials of international organizations and government agencies gave lectures on UN and international civil servants issues. A study tour to the ship of “COSCO Africa” at Yangshan Port Shanghai was arranged. The course was widely covered by a number of media including China Daily and CCTV.
