On November 21, 2020, China National Model UN Conference Training Webinar hosted by the United Nations Association of China (UNA-China) was successfully held in Beijing. Over 500 teachers and students from nearly 80 domestic universities participated in the webinar.

Ms. ZHANG Dan, Vice-President and Director-General of UNA-China, explained how to apply the UN rules of procedure in general debate, consultation on the draft resolution, and consideration and action-taking on draft resolution. The training webinar further improves trainees’ capability in applying the rules of procedure of the United Nations. Trainees appreciated the fact that the training has deepened their understanding of the United Nations issues and improved their negotiation skills. They hope that UNA-China will further improve domestic MUN activities.
